Located in the incredible Uncompahgre River Valley nestled below the majestic San Juan Mountains, Centennial Ranch plays host to some of the most productive waters in the southwest.  This tail water fishery holds outstanding brown and rainbow trout on more than a mile and a quarter of private access on the Uncompahgre River.

We offer an exclussive package for the discerning angler who wishes to get away from the rat-race and transend time to a simpler way of life.
Situated remote from the main ranch buildings and without modern facilities, the "Line Cabin" serves two purposes.  During calving season, it provides the ranch hands a place to bunk.  But for the owner, probably its most important function is to provide refuge and escape from the pressures of corporate management and international travel.  Built in the classic western style with weathered standing-dead Spruce logs, it extends a truely rustic experience.  With no electricity or indoor plumbing, kerosene lamps and candles provide light, the fireplace and wood cook stove provide heat, and a well and hand pump in the yard provide water.
