The Selkirk Interlake region features a number of rivers and creeks which flow into Lake Winnipeg. Outside of the Great Lakes, Lake Winnipeg is the largest fresh water lake in the world. Known for centuries as a walleye factory, the lake and its tributaries support a huge variety of fish including, channel catfish, northern pike, smallmouth, lake sturgeon, and crappie to just name a few.

Medicine Wavey and Netley Creek themselves have good spring time pike, summer catfish and crappies and fall walleyes. The big draw in the region however, is the spring cats and the fall walleyes migrating up the Red River. Our location is perfect for access to both these areas. Within minutes you can be on the "up north" flats, where many of the Reds famous "greenbacks" hang out feeding on schools of shiners and smelt also moving into the rivers from the lake. Within five or six miles we have the Sekirk - Lockport area with its rocky shoals and high current areas.

We pride ourselves on offering a simple and economical package for our guests. In order to insure good service, capacity is limited to eight people.

Packages are 4 day/5 night and everything is provided with the exception of licenses.  Waterfowl packages are non guided while fishing packages are guided.

Walleye Fishing Red River Canada - Red River Walleye, Catfish And Waterfowl

Offering a premium, low cost sporting adventure, we are located in the interlake region of Manitoba near Selkirk. The area boasts world-class fishing on the Red River and equally impressive waterfowl hunting in the Netley Marsh. The Red River is widely known for its trophy walleye and catfish fishing, while Netley Marsh offers superb duck hunting.
 We are not just a walleye outfitter. The rivers and creeks around Selkirk hold pike, bass and of course you can't forget about the world class fishing for "GIANT" red river channel cats.



We offer all inclusive, guided fishing packages. Generally we would fish two guests per boat. A normal day would consist of a 6:30 breakfast, then hitting the water by sun up and being back for a 7:00 dinner

Stay in our waterfront main lodge, with instant river and marsh access. Seven private rooms offer a warm cozy retreat after a days hunting or fishing. There are three shared bathrooms including a luxurious new one we have just finished.

June-November

June-Sept is primarily channel catfish and pike with Sept- Nov being prime walleye and waterfowl time.
