Checkin time: Check in time is flexible. Please advise us if you know that you are going to be earlier than 2pm or if you are going to be late. Check out time: 10.30am unless otherwise arranged. Services available: Open all year. Secure off street parking Luggage storage: for those guests who are going to walk the national parks tracks or those that have a late afternoon flight out of Queenstown 2 Guest Laundries with irons and ironing boards, electric drier and Drying room for ski gear. Riverside Jacuzzi with amazing views. Pool side stereo that will not bother any one. Large Gazebo with Gas Barbeque most nights one or two couples have meals delivered or have a barbeque in the Gazebo. Internet access is available on request, or plug in your Lap Top if that is easier. No smoking in the house or the cottages please. Cancellation policy we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellation within 48 hours of your visit will incur full payment unless we can re-rent the room. We honor all bookings that have been confirmed with current credit card details (Visa or Mastercard). Over the Xmas period (22nd Dec to 22nd Jan) we have a 30 day cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled 8-29 days before expected arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 25% of the expected booking. Cancellations made in the 7 days prior to the expected arrival will be subject to the full surcharge of the room nights cancelled unless can the room is filled. $25 cancellation fee applies to all bookings.
